Buying on AV means peace of mind and security on the product you buy and meeting your needs is one of our priorities. If you notice a defect in a product purchased on AV contact us and we will replace it as soon as possible. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. The shipping costs of the replacement goods will be borne by AV.

If the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the items by exercising the right of withdrawal (return)
The right of withdrawal refers to the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 “Implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts”. If you are a consumer (private, end user who does not buy the goods for their own business, but for personal use and who, therefore, did not purchase with VAT number) you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of fourteen (14) calendar days </ strong> effective for the goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer (Art. 5. Exercise of the right of withdrawal).
If you withdraw from the purchase contract for a Product (right of withdrawal) the delivery costs will also be refunded.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to any product purchased on AV, with the exception of:
– items made to measure or clearly personalized
– sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods
Return terms and conditions
In order for the return to be accepted, the products redirected to AV must not have been altered in such a way as to show signs of use.
Items must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories as received with the order. All products and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.
To obtain the return authorization, a request must be sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the specification of the code of the item to be returned. Once the return request has been received, AV will send the Customer a confirmation by e-mail with the return authorization number. This must be written on the waybill, to be completed as indicated in the authorization email.
The shipment for the return of the products to AV will be charged to the customer and the shipment must be tracked.
The shipment, until receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.
AV is not responsible in any way for theft / loss and damage to goods returned by untracked shipments.
Refund in case of withdrawal
The reimbursement of the price of the item (less transport costs) for which the withdrawal has been exercised, is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse through the return procedure via PayPal or by bank transfer (it will be the Customer’s responsibility to provide bank details for the refund).
Return for defective goods
If the Customer receives a defective product, AV’s practice is to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods (email@example.com). Only in case of approval AV will accept the return for defective goods.
AV will not accept products returned without approval and without compliance with even one of the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy in the points above. The products will be returned to the Customer at the original shipping address
